1. What is the quality of the photo booth?

We know that your event is very important and the last thing you'd want is a silly looking camera on a tripod in a corner at your wedding. We've seen a lot of different kinds of "booths" in our day, ranging from all different shapes and sizes. We understand that businesses have to start somewhere but as that saying goes, 'You get what you pay for'.

We did a lot of research before deciding on the photo booths we purchased. Our booths are elegant, classy and professionally constructed. The booth has a beautiful touch screen interface, where you can see yourself and the photos being taken.



2. What are the quality of the photos?

It may not seem like much, just a simple set-up and BAM instant photo booth! But there's a lot that goes into capturing a high-quality image from a photo booth. Ask the company you're planning on hiring to show you sample images of what is to be expected from the booth you'll be renting. Our photo booth has professional photo shoot style lighting! This lighting ensures that the photos turn out bright and clean looking. Make sure you look to see if the people in the photos are washed out into the backdrop. We've seen a lot of companies that use a black or white back drop, which doesn't work out when the bride is wearing white and the groom wearing black. We spend tons of money on beautiful high quality backdrops. Lastly, find out what kind of printer they use? We only use the best dye sublimation printer that prints beautiful black & white and color photos in about 7 seconds.



3. Do you have liability insurance?

Don't worry, nothing is going to happen! The reality is most venues require that outside services have liability insurance in place. This question will also separate the unprepared make-shift photo booth companies from the serious ones. Those who run a photo booth business on the side will not be willing to pay the costs of having insurance. This is our only business - we live and breathe photo booths and are fully insured.


4. Do you have references?

The best indicator of the future is the past. Employers, landlords, and others ask for references, so why shouldn’t you? This is your event and everything needs to run perfectly. Feel free to ask us for references or testimonials - we have plenty!


5. What are your fees?

We receive a lot of inquires every day and sometimes customers let us know that they've found a lower price on a Groupon. Later they find out that the initial quote they received didn't include extra fees. Some of these companies are charging fees for mileage, delivery, setup/take down, props, USB drives, extra prints, etc. Our rates are as flat as a Midwest cornfield, they are all inclusive, we will never charge you an extra fee for the booth rental. Our packages include, unlimited photos & prints, use of all of our props, custom photo strip template, and a friendly attendant.
